Help us build union power across the world

Hello Brothers and Sisters

Would you consider reporting, guest blogging or appearing in our regular updates? Since our launch in May we have endeavoured to bring a trade union message using every social media stream to engage, interest and mobilise people to campaign for the alternative world we seek.

We have brought you the latest fights for justice and developed our own campaigns such as Solidarity with Greece and organising brick kiln workers in India. In doing so, USi has used the latest technology including public web conferencing to speak to some of the world’s leading progressive academics and trade unionists.

As part of our efforts to inform people about the latest news and campaigns we’d like to ask our supporters for help in order to provide more diverse and varied features. The only thing missing from our media streams is your voice. We need your contributions via text, photo, video or Skype call. We would like you to directly upload photos and videos of marches and rallies against austerity by joining our drop box folder.

We want the world to see our movement being more coordinated and unified in our resistance

  • Can you provide us with regular news updates from your country, sector or campaign?
  • Can you send us pictures and videos from demonstrations, protests and events you attend?
  • Is there anything we’re missing? Do you have suggestions for us?

It doesn’t matter how much or how little you want to participate, what matters is that every small part you are able to contribute helps build a fairer and more just world.

If you would like to help us build union power then please contact Andrew Brady or reply to this email.

In Solidarity

Andrew Brady
USi Project Director
